Disclosure

Some tools we recommend are partners. Here’s how that works on this site.

How partnerships work

We have content partnerships with a small set of tools we recommend on this site. When you sign up for a partner via a link on our pages, the partner may compensate us. Your price is unaffected.

Compensation does not steer our recommendations. We feature tools we use ourselves or would point a friend at. If a partner stops being the right tool for our readers, we remove the recommendation even when the partnership remains in place.

URL shortener with editable destinations, scan analytics, and branded short-link domains. Recommended on pages where dynamic destinations are the natural answer (event check-in, restaurant menus, real-estate flyers, and similar surfaces).

Editorial independence

Recommendations are based on actual use, not partnership status. Our editorial line is simple: if a tool is the right answer for the reader on a given page, we recommend it. If it stops being the right answer, we remove it.
