QR code generator
Email to JPG QR code generator
Enter the recipient email address and, if useful, a subject and message. Scanning offers to open an email draft; it does not send mail automatically. Download as JPG, then scan the finished design before sharing it.
Create an email QR with a ready-to-edit message
Example: Recipient: hello@example.com; subject: Product inquiry; message: Please send the product details.
- Enter the email address that should receive the message.
- Add a short subject and body if they help the recipient understand the request.
- Download the QR and scan it on a phone with an email application configured.
- Check the address, subject, and body in the draft. The visitor can edit it before sending.
What happens after a scan
The code uses a mailto link. The phone's email application decides how it opens the draft. A missing or unconfigured mail app may prevent the action, so print the email address beside the code too.
What the code reveals
The recipient, subject, and body are readable from the QR. Use a public business mailbox and leave private customer information out of the draft. A scan is not proof that an email was sent.
Using JPG
JPG is a compressed pixel image for workflows that require JPEG. Compression or repeated saving can soften QR edges. Prefer PNG or SVG when accepted, and test the final JPG after it has passed through the intended publishing software.
